Wood is the key characteristic design element of TIMBA. The name was chosen due to its phonetic similarity to the word «timber».
The legs of the TIMBA table are made from solid oak, either in a natural finish or stained in graphite, and are connected to a frame of shaped wood which is varnished in platinum or anthracite. The legs are slightly tapered and become thinner towards the floor. The high quality, natural material gives an impression of appreciation, stability and warmth.

A characteristic of the TIMBA table is the «turntable» in the centre of the table top. It covers the recessed hollow of the «Power Bowl», where power and network connections can be found. It also functions as a decorative storage place: Pens, notepads and other essentials can be placed here. If you want to connect any equipment, then it is easy to twist the turntable in either direction to immediately reveal and access the connectors.

The turntable is available in two shapes, depending on the geometry and size of the table top: either circular or rectangular with gently rounded corners.

The TIMBA table encourages spontaneity. If coupled with seating of an appropriate height, such as the TIMBA stool high, you can comfortably sit at this level or simply stand next to it.  Coming and going – seated or standing, communication remains always at eye level — an application which is especially popular in more informal areas.

Древесина является ключевым характерным элементом дизайна TIMBA. Название было выбрано из-за его фонетического сходства со словом «древесина».
Ножки стола TIMBA сделаны из массива дуба, или с натуральной отделкой, или окрашены в графит, и соединены с каркасом из профилированного дерева, покрытого платиной или антрацитом. Ножки стола слегка сужаются и становятся более тонкими к полу. Высококачественный натуральный материал создает впечатление признательности, стабильности и тепла.

Отличительной чертой стола TIMBA является «Turn Table» в центре столешницы. Он покрывает впадину «Power Bowl», где можно найти питание и сетевые подключения. Также имеет функцию  декоративного места хранения: ручки, блокноты и т.д. Если вы хотите подключить какое-либо оборудование, то можно легко повернуть поворотный стол в любом направлении, чтобы немедленно открыть и получить доступ к разъемам.

«Turn Table» доступен в двух формах, в зависимости от геометрии и размера столешницы: круглой или прямоугольной с мягко закругленными углами.

Power Bowl

• The Power Bowl consists of a plastic deep-set cup and a «Turn Table». The cup (black) is integrated into the tabletop and fitted with a connection plug board. It can be accessed easily by simply pushing the «Turn Table» away. Vertical cable managment is solved with a mesh tube, that is hooked into the Power Bowl Cup.
• Possible shapes: oval or round, depending on table height and tabletop shape. Position: centred, left and right if the tabletop is split.
• «Turn Table» made of solid oak or MDF powder-coated in white or anthracite.

Dimensions

• TIMBA Table is availabne in two hights and four tabletop shapes: round, rectangular, square or »soft-edge«.

Power Bowl

• Power Bowl состоит из пластиковой глубокой чашки и «Turn Table». Встроенная чаша  оснащена соединительной платой. Доступ к нему легко получить, просто оттолкнув «Turn Table».
• Вертикальное управление кабелем решается с помощью сетчатой трубки, которая подключается к чаше Power Bowl.
• Возможные формы: овальные или круглые, в зависимости от высоты стола и формы столешницы. Положение: по центру, слева , справа, если столешница разделена.
• «Turn Table» изготовлен из массива дуба или МДФ с порошковым покрытием белого цвета  или антрацита.
